To ensure optimal diffuser performance, regular maintenance is essential, especially since Fraganzza oils are pure and highly concentrated. Over time, residue can accumulate and clog the nozzle or outlet valve.

Additional recommendation:
If your diffuser includes extra nozzles, it is recommended to alternate them while one is cleaned in alcohol for 24 hours.

Recommended cleaning procedure:

Empty any remaining oil into the bottle.
Fill the bottle with isopropyl or ethyl alcohol (minimum 70%).
Insert the bottle into the diffuser.
Turn on the device and allow the alcohol to nebulize for 15–20 minutes.
This process removes internal residue and maintains a stable aroma output.

Perform this cleaning every time you change the fragrance oil or at least every two months. Maintaining this routine prolongs the device's lifespan and preserves the aroma's potency.

1. Unbox & Accessories
Open the box and remove the device. Inside you will find:

Recommendation: Read the manual before starting to familiarize yourself with the device.

2. Open the diffuser (with the key)
Insert the key into the center of the diffuser. Turn the key in the direction indicated on the device. Press the “OPEN” button down. The front panel will open from the bottom on a hinge.

3. Insert the batteries
On the left side you will find the battery compartment: Open it carefully. Insert 3 D-type batteries, respecting the indicated polarity (+ / –).

4. Wall Mounting (No Drilling Required)

Important: Before applying the adhesive, verify that the anti-theft hole is aligned with the hole on the diffuser (if they don't match, you won't be able to use the screw). Apply the adhesive to the chosen area.Press firmly to secure. No drilling. No damage to walls. Place the diffuser onto the adhesive. Remove the bottle (it's normal for it to come out with the diffuser head). Insert the anti-theft screw if necessary.

5. Fill or replace the oil

Fill to 120 ml or replace with a new one. Screw on and place back into the device.

6. Close the device

Close the front panel until you hear a “click”. Turn the key to lock it. Remove the key and store it in a safe place (you will need it for future replacements).

7. Configure via App

Download the Fraganzza mobile app and connect the device to: Adjust intensity, schedule days and times Create multiple operating cycles Recommendation: Start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase it as needed.
