RETURN POLICY

If you’re unhappy with your purchase and want to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number and reason for the return. It’s important to initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery, as we won’t be able to accept returns after this period. 

Our customer service team will evaluate your return request and provide further instructions if it is approved. When returning an item, please ensure that it is in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation. The item must be unused and in the same condition in which we shipped it to you. Please note that we will not accept stained, bent, broken sealed or torn plastic sheet products. If the product that you send back to us is not in acceptable condition, we may choose not to return or exchange it. Customized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please note that some items are non-refundable, including products purchased through third-party retailers, incorrect products purchased, and products damaged due to customer mishandling. We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Returns of essential oils or fragrances with a broken security seal or that have been used will not be accepted.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to begin the return process. Please include the following information:

● Order Number
● Proof of Purchase
● Complete shipping address
● Telephone number

In some cases, you may be asked to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to be able to refund or replace the product.

HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?

Returns can take up to 14 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed. For returned items, a full refund will be credited for the returned products. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank if you have any questions about when the amount will be credited to your account.

If you have not yet received a credit for your refund, here’s what to do: Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is credited to your account.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

We allow you to modify the details of an order or cancel it within 12 hours of purchase. To do this send an email to [email protected] stating your order number and your reason, our customer service team will be happy to help you.
