SHIPPING POLICY

All our orders are processed the same day they are administered on our website, unless the order was registered on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the next business day.

 

We always guarantee delivery of your order, but offers and special promotions may be delayed due to the high demand for our products. Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 1/6 days and shipped to the delivery address.

 

All our products leave our premises 1/6 days after the order is placed. We ship nationally and we can deliver to other countries by ship, which allows us to also offer an international service.

ESTIMATED AVERAGE TIMES:

Typically: 4-6 days depending on product demand …

 

In specific cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc…) or logistics issues, shipping may take a little longer than normal.

 

You have a 14 days margin for the product to arrive, in case it does not, you will be able to proceed to the refund for lost/not shipped order.

 

All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that can facilitate the delivery of your order.

PLEASE CONSIDER

● If the customer does not put the correct address on the order and does not notify us minutes after the order (before the shipment and package is processed) and the package cannot be delivered because of the incorrect address, there will be no refund option and a next shipment of the package will be at the expense of the customer and buyer.

 

● In the event that at the time of delivery of the order we are unable to contact the customer, we proceed to notify via mailbox and if in X days the package is not picked up from the office suggested, it will be sent to the factory again having lost the package without the option of reimbursement.

 

● In case the shipment has already been made it will not be possible to change the delivery address since the shipments are under the delivery of external companies to Fraganzza LLC and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been sent from the warehouse, so the customer is responsible for the loss of the package in case of not having indicated the correct address, changed house or similar. It is possible for the customer to contact the shipping agency directly and reach an agreement with them, this process is in the hands of the customer.

 

Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.

 

Fraganzza LLC is not responsible under any circumstances for any taxes, duties or tariffs applied to the shipment or fees that may be applied in customs for the package purchased, so the responsible will be the buyer and customer of Fraganzza LLC providing the value required in customs without being able to process a refund. We ship from the United States to anywhere in the world.

● Any return for any reason whatsoever, the cost of shipping back to the warehouse will be paid by the customer (we will pay the shipping of the exchange so that the product returns to the buyer).

 

● When buying on our website you accept all the terms mentioned above so if they are met no refund can be processed.
