RETURN POLICY

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. To request a return, please contact us at support@fraganzzaaroma.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY (CONDITIONS)

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Must be unused and in new condition
  • Must be returned in its original packaging
  • Must include all accessories, manuals, inserts, and documentation
  • Must not be stained, bent, broken, torn, or tampered with
  • Must not have broken seals or missing protective packaging

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

IMPORTANT — FRAGRANCE OILS & ESSENTIAL OILS

For hygiene and safety reasons:
 Fragrance oils / diffuser oils / essential oils are NOT returnable if:

  • The security seal has been broken
  • The product has been opened or used
  • The bottle shows signs of leakage or tampering

Unopened and sealed oils may be eligible for return if approved by our customer service team.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Items purchased incorrectly (ex: wrong product selected by customer)

RETURN APPROVAL REQUIRED

All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back.
Do not ship any item back without return authorization and instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be processed

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@fraganzzaaroma.com.
Include the following:

  • Order Number
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Complete Shipping Address
  • Telephone Number

To help us resolve the issue faster, we may request photos or a video of the product and packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for non-defective items.

PROCESSING TIME

Returns may take up to 14 business days to process from the day we receive your return.
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • If paid by credit/debit card, the refund may take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company first, then reach out to us for support.

Items returned in unacceptable condition may result in:

  • A delayed refund
  • A partial refund
  • Or refusal of the return

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

You may request to modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase.
To request a change or cancellation, email support@fraganzzaaroma.com and include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your request (change or cancellation)
  • The reason

After 12 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
