WARRANTY POLICY

Fraganzza Aroma provides a Limited Warranty on its diffuser devices to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from Fraganzza Aroma or authorized sellers.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

During the one (1) year warranty period, if your diffuser is found to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, Fraganzza Aroma will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the device, or
  • Replace the device with the same model or an equivalent replacement

Replacement or repair will be provided at no additional charge for approved warranty claims.

WARRANTY PERIOD

  • Warranty duration: 1 year
  • Starts on: the date of purchase
  • Applies to: the original purchaser only

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, or external wear)
  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, liquid spills, or improper storage
  • Damage caused by electrical issues, power surges, or incorrect power adapters
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or operation outside the instructions provided
  • Damage caused by natural disasters (fire, flood, storms, etc.)
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering with internal components

USE OF OILS (IMPORTANT)

Fraganzza Aroma diffusers are designed to perform best with Fraganzza Aroma diffuser oils.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Using oils or fragrance products from other brands
  • Using diluted, contaminated, or improper oils
  • Using non-approved liquids (water, alcohol-based products, cleaning solutions, etc.)

For best results and to protect your device, we recommend using only Fraganzza Aroma oils.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To request warranty service, please contact us at:
support@fraganzzaaroma.com
Include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Full Name and Shipping Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos and/or a video showing the problem (may be required)

Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions if the claim is approved.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

If warranty service is approved:

  • You may be responsible for shipping the unit back to us (depending on the case)
  • Fraganzza Aroma may cover shipping costs for replacements when applicable
  • Shipping fees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

OUT OF WARRANTY SERVICE

If a diffuser becomes defective after the 1-year warranty period, Fraganzza Aroma may offer repair or replacement services for an additional fee, depending on the issue and product availability.

LIMITED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

This Limited Warranty is the only warranty provided by Fraganzza Aroma and replaces any other expressed or implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Fraganzza Aroma is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to the use or inability to use the product.
